Our commercial goals were not very extensive and not all very specific.
Revenue for the agency
We still need to generate at least €250.000 of additional revenue on top of current forecast (€734.000).
The second goal we have is to get our application clients into Retainers/Contracts for stability and predictability.
Current goals and status: 1. Contract with ProFit Gym ✅ 1. Almost done with the first year of our 3-year contract 2. Contract with Corbion revived ⚠️ - We have a 3-year contract (1 year in), but its in danger because of a big reorganisation. 3. Contract with Klerq ☑️ - Not a long-term contract possible because of current phase of the start-up, but 6 months partnership is to be signed. Could be prolonged every 6 months. 4. Contract with Eatertainment 🏗️ - First seeds are planted. We need to invest (time) in sept-oct as they always budget per calendar year. Our target is to lock a good yearly budget for 2025. 5. Contract with Travel Legends ❌ - First seeds are planted, but client is still very reluctant. Doesn’t seem realistic for this year. 6. Contract / Joint Venture with Brightskills ❌ - Failed, because of turmoil at Brightskills.
These are some additional thoughts just from Werner, based on the process of the last months and high-over goals. Not discussed and concluded with Aron & Jeroen yet.
